The Quality of the paintwork has the appearance that it has been painted by an apprentice, I have repeatedly asked if this can be rectified, as we have bought a new house, this looks quite unprofessional, and actually has no resemblance to the show house that we looked at that convinced us of the quality of workmanship.

 

This overspray and bad paint work, falls within the tolerances and acceptable building code that Porter Davis follow, as told to us by the maintenance person.
