This is a downpipe from the gutter at the front of our Porter Davis house, these dents appear  all around the house.

Another downpipe at the back of the house was actually blocked with sheet metal, causing the water to overfill the downpipe.  I waited at home for 3 days, for the plumber to come and rectify this, he never showed up. Porter Davis scheduled this, they had no explanation, and requested that I stay home again in case their plumber decides to show up.  I ended up fixing this myself.

However, this shows what is acceptable for a new house that anyone would buy from Porter Davis.

These dents and sloppy paint dribbles were all mentioned on the service report at the inspection, but have been ignored, I guess this would also fall within the acceptable boundaries of the building code that Porter David Homes adhere to.

Link Roofing, who did the colour bond roof, have visited my property no less than 6 times, to fix a leaky roof. But in the end they managed to fix it, by pumping 2 tubes of silicone in the general area where the leak was suspected.
